VILA PETRA

The location of this villa is truly unique - surrounded by olive groves, pine trees, and unspoiled nature, with a stunning sea view. These are only some of the many advantages this beautiful holiday-escape home has to offer.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. All the interior spaces are on the ground-floor (150 m2), which is suitable for children. The interior is stylized with selected pieces of furniture and a modern audio-visual system (Bang & Olufsen). It has also a sauna, a massage chair, etc.

All the interior spaces are directly connected to a large terrace (100 m2) with private swimming pool and outdoor armchairs, a hanging bed, and sunbeds. At your disposal, there is an outside dining area with wood-fired oven and BBQ, where you can prepare delicious dinners with our home-produced olive oil or simply enjoy a glass of a good home wine. There is even a carefully tended garden, where you can collect veggies and spices for your meals.

Overall, the space is very quiet and surrounded by nature and therefore natural shadow. The estate (with a total surface of 5.000 m2) is fenced from all sides and has a private parking inside.
